Apricots
This apricot jam made from Valais apricots captivates with its bright sunny yellow to deep orange colour. It has an intense summery fruity aroma. A highly aromatic profile that combines the natural sweetness of the fruit with a mild invigorating acidity. Often there are nuances of a fine vanilla note and floral undertones. Ideal as a spread, popular for glazing pastries or as an ingredient in desserts, yoghurt and meat sauces.
