Plums
This plum jam made from Valais fruit offers a balanced combination of sweetness and delicate acidity. Its aroma is described as fruity and spicy or floral and beguiling. Depending on the variety, the colour ranges from a deep dark red to a rich violet-blue or a warm purple. The jam has an appetising, natural shine. Classic as a spread, or as an ingredient in desserts, yoghurt and very fine in meat sauces.
Ingredients: Plums VS-CH, sugar CH, gelling agent pectin, acidifier lemon juice.
