Coarse-grained table mustard with wild berries

The first recipes for preparing table mustard date back to Roman times and contain ground mustard seeds as well as basic ingredients such as grape must or vinegar, water and salt. For centuries, mustard remained the only spicy condiment available in European kitchens alongside horseradish and was therefore widely used.

Ingredients: Apple juice (organic Valais), wild strawberries (Binntal), mustard powder*, sugar,
cider vinegar*, sea salt, barberry (Demeter Binntal), juniper (* CH organic bud)
