Creating guest cards

By issuing the temporary guest cards to guests, you simultaneously register them in the guest registration system, with no further notifications required. The guest card can therefore be sent to guests in advance together with the reservation confirmation or the rental contract.

The digital guest card is sent to the guest's smartphone via email after online registration by the apartment owner. If needed, it can also be printed.

Advantages of the digital guest card:

  • The guest card is mobile: it can be sent via email and stored locally on a smartphone.
  • Owners and landlords register their guests and send the guest card independently.
  • Switching to the digital system reduces material costs and simplifies workflows.

Create a Temporary Guest Card

As a host, you are responsible for issuing guest cards using your personal login. You can request your personal login by emailing: ernen@landschaftspark-binntal.ch.

  1. Log in to the WebClient.
  2. In the data entry form "Guest registrations", enter the personal details of all users of your apartment.
  3. After the data is successfully entered, the personalized guest cards will be sent to the specified email address. Guests can then register themselves using the "Pre-Check-in" feature.
  4. Using the link in the email, guests can save the guest card to their smartphone (Wallet for iOS or WalletPasses for Android) or print it as a PDF document.
