Hörnli are a typical Swiss pasta variety and are widely known thanks to the popular dish ‘Ghackets mit Hörnli’. Our Hörnli made from original spelt and grapeseed flour are characterised in particular by their hearty, grainy taste. The dark brown grape seed flour is a by-product from the extraction of grape seed oil and has a hearty, grainy flavour. The original spelt it contains is a protected term and was created in 1996 by IG Dinkel to promote its cultivation. It refers to old Swiss spelt varieties that have not been crossed with wheat and are cultivated and processed in their traditional growing areas in accordance with IP Suisse and Bio Suisse guidelines.
