The Chapel Trail doesn't have its name without reason. This path leads us up to the chapel "Maria Hilf". It's worth making a meditative stop here. This chapel is still used as a pilgrimage chapel. Then, we continue uphill to 1661m above sea level, from where you have a panoramic view over the Rhone Valley. A forest path then leads downhill to Ausserbinn. The last meters have to be covered on asphalt.
Above Uf en Egga (about 45 minutes), there is still a lime kiln built in Roman times.
