Game terrine with chamois

Terrines are variations of pâté that are prepared without pastry and have been known since ancient times. Their heyday began in the Renaissance in the kitchens of the French aristocracy. Back then, all kinds of animals such as sparrows, badgers, weasels and foxes were used to make pâtés and terrines. We refer to this tradition and have created a chamois terrine in this spirit. Our chamois come from the hunters we trust in the region.

Ingredients: 20% venison*, 20% deer meat*, 15% pork*, 15% pork fat*, 10% deer liver*, onions*, apples*, dried plums*, Valais red wine (contains sulphites), cream, grape marc, salt, spices (* ingredients LP Binntal)
