If we leave nature to thrive, it will reward us with its riches. Anna's Wildbeeren gives us the taste of the Alps. The different fruit spreads and jellies are made from berries and fruits that grow naturally in the park.
A fruit spread is a fruit preserve, like jam but with very little sugar. It can be eaten spread on bread, stirred into muesli or yoghurt, or in desserts (e.g. rosehip mousse - yum!)
Anna uses just enough sugar and gelling agent necessary to preserve the wild fruits. This means they keep their original taste and we can enjoy them the year round. All added ingredients are organically produced.
Anna does all the steps in the process herself, from gathering the fruits high up in the fresh mountain air to washing and boiling them and designing labels and sticking them on the jars.
