How to get to Binntal nature park
Binntal nature park can be easily reached by public transport. We recommend you travel by train and bus for the sake of the environment. Alternatively, you can drive via the Furka, Grimsel or Nufenen passes and take the car shuttle train through the Lötschberg or via the Furka Pass to the Rhone valley, and then onto Binntal nature park.
By public transport
From Brig or Göschenen take the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway directly to Grengiols, Niederwald or Blitzingen. The village of Mühlebach can also be reached by walking across the Goms Bridge from the Fürgangen-Bellwald valley station. If you are travelling on to Ernen, Binn or Steinhaus, take the train to Fiesch, where there are buses to further destinations. The 'ErlebnisCard' entitles you to free travel on all lines of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway and on all postauto lines in Upper Valais.
By car
The villages in Binntal nature park lie on the main road between Brig, Fiesch and Oberwald, or to the south of it. Take the turning between Lax and Fiesch for the road to Ernen and Binn.
