Hot off the press: the new ParkInfo
The main topic of ParkInfo No. 38 is environmental education in the Binntal Landscape Park. In recent years, the park has developed into a competence center for environmental education. The offers are popular with residents and guests alike. We present the numerous educational offers and the people behind them.
In the current ParkInfo, we cordially invite you to discover the rich educational world of the Binntal Landscape Park. In the midst of our unique natural and cultural landscape, it is not only children who experience how learning and nature go hand in hand in the "Parkfuchs" program or the pupils of the Untergoms school in the newly created "Park Days". Young people and adults also benefit from the numerous nature and cultural experiences, guided hikes with trained park guides or on themed trails.
Our educational programs, lovingly and competently designed, offer insights into ecological relationships and invite visitors to develop practical skills and experience nature with all their senses. Whether it's mowing with a scythe or pruning fruit trees - learning in and from the park is an experience for all ages.
It is important to us to make the treasures of the Binntal Landscape Park accessible in a sustainable and tangible way and to raise awareness of our environment. The offers are always aimed at both locals and guests. I have also been able to take part in numerous events and have always been surprised to find out what has remained hidden from me, even though it has been all around me since I was a child.
Immerse yourself in our educational world and let yourself be carried away by the fascination of the park. We look forward to sharing discoveries and enriching moments in our lively open-air place of learning.
