Wild herb dressing
In addition to all the unconventional creations, Klaus Leuenberger Speisewerk also strives to give everyday dishes a touch more character. With this in mind, a rich organic dressing with yogurt, egg and all kinds of herbs from the forest and meadow has been developed. The fresh note of the yoghurt is complemented by the tangy taste of the herbs. As the proportion of the individual wild herbs varies slightly depending on the collection season, the dressing tastes slightly different depending on the season.
Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, yoghurt*, eggs*, onions*, Valais wild herbs* (wild garlic, nettles, good Henry, quendel, comfrey, ribwort, yarrow, meadow sage), mustard, spices (* ingredients LP Binntal)
