Park rye bread

The tasty rye bread is baked in Ernen in the oven of the Generationenhaus. The rye usually comes from the Tulpenhügel in Grengiols or from the grain fields in Ärner Fäld. Unlike most rye breads on the market, it is not made with yeast, but with natural sourdough that we prepare ourselves, in keeping with tradition. Hence the unique taste.

Ingredients: rye flour, rye meal, water, sourdough, salt
