Ärner Chäsjini

Cream cheese with herbs in cold-pressed rapeseed oil, 4 pieces in a jar.

The fine Ärner Chäsjini (= little cheeses) are made from cow's milk, which is heated to 90 degrees and curdled thanks to the lactic acid bacteria in yoghurt. The finished cheeses are placed in cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Switzerland, which is enriched with fresh herbs. The mixture of herbs can change depending on the season. The oil can also be used for salad dressings.
