This year the exhibition will start at Steinmatten and lead along the Twingi path to Binn. It will be open until mid-October.
LandArt 2016 is already the thirteenth edition of this successful event. Once more, the exhibition offers an artistic involvement with the regional natural and cultural landscape. LandArt is artistic landscaping in which the artists deal with the landscape as a medium of design. They dialogue with the natural environment, fields, forests and waters, which thus turn into artistic fields of work. Ideally, the landscape is not only the attractive background of a piece of art but might even become a part of the piece itself and thus the piece becomes part of the landscape.
